AI Automation Specialist — GoHighLevel, n8n & Make

I build AI front-desk and lead-response systems for service businesses. An agent answers the call or the message, qualifies the enquiry, checks your real calendar, books the job, and hands over to a human when it should. Ten years of enterprise automation behind it, so it still works in month three.

Patrick Omar Sales · Manila, Philippines · Working remote with clients in the US, UK, AU and CA

In one box

  • What: AI voice and chat front desks, speed-to-lead systems, and the workflow automation between your tools.
  • Stack: n8n · GoHighLevel · Make · Zapier · OpenAI · Twilio · Vapi · Airtable · Supabase.
  • Proof: 13+ workflows in production, every one published with a node-by-node walkthrough.
  • Terms: fixed-price milestones from around $300. Written handover, error handling from day one, 7-day fix guarantee.

What I build

Conversations that don't need a person

AI agents that answer calls in a natural voice, or handle webchat, SMS and WhatsApp. They know your services, hours and FAQ, remember the conversation, read genuine free slots from your calendar, book the appointment, and escalate to a human the moment they should. Full teardown of the voice build →

Speed-to-lead

Every enquiry answered in under a minute, whatever channel it arrives on — missed call, web form, chat. Scored against what a good customer looks like for you, routed to the right person, and captured before anything else can go wrong with it. How the GoHighLevel version works →

Documents and knowledge

Your own files turned into a chatbot staff can question. A recorded discovery call turned into a written, priced proposal. Messy PDFs, forms and photos turned into clean records in your system.

Decisions and data

Enquiry scoring, CRM cleaning and enrichment, automatic routing of incoming work, and the reports that build and send themselves before you're awake.

The test: if a person does it by hand and will do it again next week, it's worth a message.

The stack

The AI layer runs on OpenAI. Where a page or profile of mine mentions other model providers, it means tooling I operate — not a production build, and I'd rather say so than let you find out later.

Why it doesn't break in month three

That's the real risk with automation, so I lead with the boring part rather than the demo.

For ten years I built and led automation where failure cost real money — 100+ production automations at 99% SLA across Accenture, FPT Software and GCash (90+ at Sempra Energy alone), with delivery teams in the US, Singapore and the Philippines, and 30–50% of manual processing removed in the processes I touched. Enterprise RPA teaches you one thing above all: the build is the easy part, and everything that matters happens the first time something fails at 2am.

So every workflow I ship has error handling wired in from the first milestone — a shared handler that catches failures across the whole fleet and notifies rather than dying quietly. Retries, logging and documentation are standard, not an upsell.

What ships with every build

  • A written node-by-node walkthrough, so your team can run and change it without me
  • A Loom walking through the working system
  • Error handling and alerting from day one
  • A 7-day fix guarantee after handover

How projects run

  1. You describe the process Plain English, no technical detail. What happens now, who does it, how often.
  2. I tell you straight whether AI is the right answer Sometimes it isn't, and you'll get that answer for free rather than as a change request later.
  3. Fixed-price milestones You know the number before I start. Each milestone is a working thing, not a status update.
  4. A working version in days You approve it before we go further.
  5. Handover with documentation I'd rather be re-hired than relied on.

Most builds start around $300 and run to a few thousand for a complete front-desk system. If your budget is smaller, say so anyway — I'll tell you whether it's doable, whether a smaller piece is worth doing first, or point you somewhere better.

Common questions

Do you work with businesses outside the Philippines?

Almost exclusively. Clients and roles across the US, UK, Australia and Canada, working remote. C2 English, comfortable running calls with founders and executives, and used to overlapping with US and AU hours.

Can you work inside my existing GoHighLevel sub-account?

Yes — that's the usual arrangement. The automation layer sits alongside it in n8n so your GHL stays clean and the logic stays portable.

What if I don't know what to automate?

Tell me one thing that's annoying you. I'll reply with what could be automated, roughly what it would cost, and whether it's worth doing at all. Free, and no call required.

Will I be locked to you?

No, and the documentation is how I prove it. The workflows run in your instance under your accounts, and the walkthrough is written so another developer can pick it up cold.

One process. Plain English. Free answer.

Describe something that's eating hours every week. You'll get back what could be automated, roughly what it would cost, and an honest read on whether it's worth doing.
